Is it necessary for challenge to ride all courses in order and one per week? Or I can for example take a rest on Dec. 21 – Dec. 27 but ride both Switzerland and Barcelona on Dec. 28 – Jan. 3 ?

The choice of courses and order is up to you, there are just recommended ones (but not mandatory). Unlike the workouts which are restricted to specific times. Cheers.
