In the ROUVY community, there are so many Challenges that you can enjoy! So, have fun and enjoy your days spent at home to the fullest. Downtime at home can be very hard and stressful, and tempting, delicious food on your Easter table can cause significant consequences (wink). Therefore, we have prepared a program to get you through the Easter holidays.
Friday - WARM UP
The Digital Swiss 5 is coming! We have heard that professionals won’t be the only ones racing during The Digital Swiss 5. Open races will start after every stage of hte professional riders. Everyone can compare the performance with the best in the world!The routes are long and tricky. So, it is recommended that you try to set the right pace, and you’ll see how long and steep the hills really are. Would you like to prepare for these races? Follow the plan below!
As a Friday warm up, you should try the Tour de Suisse | 5 | MOUDON – LEUKERBAD | Pt. Leukerbad route.
Enjoying the beauty of the Swiss mountains will not come without a cost - especially if you stuff yourself at breakfast! Look at those altitudes! So, take it easy at breakfast and instead, think about lunch as a reward?
Saturday - CYCLE ALL DAY
Do a good deed in the morning, and join the #RideForItaly Charitable Challenge - 5 days remain until the end of the Challenge, but there is still plenty of time to complete all of the 4 Italian routes.
The routes are beautiful - simply enjoy Tuscany, the Alps and much more. There are many things to see! And when you finish all of them, ROUVY and Saris will donate 1€ to the region of Veneto, the 3rd-most affected region in Italy by the COVID-19 virus.
We don’t want to completely wear you out, so we’ve got your afternoon program covered. Professional triathletes will be racing on a 90 km. long route. The best riders in the world will have a great battle. So, let your reward lunch be completely digested while watching the livestream on our Facebook page, and do not miss this thrilling race!
Sunday - DOUBLE POINTS FOR YOUR ROUVY CAREER
It’s time to get back on the bike again! You’ll have a tough decision between ongoing Challenges this weekend. Will you choose the Tour de Suisse Challenge with the iiconic Swiss mountains, or the #RideForItaly Charitable Challenge to help the Italian region of Veneto? There are also Spring Classics, providing you with a great opportunity to take on the long courses in the saddle, and the ROUVY Specialized Challenge with Czech routes. Insider tip: that’s where the ROUVY team goes for Sunday's lunch rides. Each one has something to offer. Trust me, for an incredible feeling of accomplishment after the ride, it is worth the effort.
Monday - FINAL METERS
For the 4th day in a row, stars will probably become your enemy. I know your legs hurt, but let's get the last day done. Remember, you are doing it for yourself. There’s no need to push hard into the pedals. Choose your favorite track, call your friends and spin your legs a bit. An easy session will circulate the blood in your system and revive your energy! Lots of nice prizes are waiting for you, so do not miss them.
